just 10 to 20 years ago. Many of these people seeking to enter the industry search through adult film databases and adult film reviews trying to find that elusive adult film job in the
elusive adult film industry. I will tell you that it is extremely difficult to find adult film auditions if you are trying to get on with the big adult movie houses.

Now it is easier for the novice adult film actress to enter the biz vs. the
male adult film actor. There are just many more men looking for that adult film audition and their
big break into the biz. That is jus the nature of the biz.
I will give you the same advice that I have given to these men trying to break into the biz. If you are really serious about getting into the business it is
1000 times easier for you to start your own adult film company than to find someone to hire
you.

That's right by starting your own adult film company you can
enter the adult film industry and compete with the big boys and make money. Amateur and homegrown films are one of the
fastest growing segments of the adult film making market. I am sure that you have seen late night television and the hundreds of commercials advertising girls getting naked and flashing at spring break, Mardi Gras, and other party events. Well guess how these adult filmmakers got into the business. The grabbed their camcorders, started filming and now
are worth big bucks.
Now most people think it is very complicated to film their first adult porn film and to become an adult film producer. I will tell you again that it is 1000 times easier than trying to find adult film employment/jobs or an adult film casting call. I will tell you the mainstream adult film studio's just don't have open casting calls for male actors.... they don't need to.

Now what does it take to start your own adult film company and make your own adult films. Actually it is pretty easy to get into
adult film production and the adult film business. Due to the Internet there are thousands of websites looking for unique adult film content to show on their websites.
I had one client who filmed simple spring break contests at local bars and then sold them for some pretty good cash. That is pretty exciting...he went and filmed girls for free and made money in the business. He also then went on to becoming a well-known adult filmmaker with his own adult / porn film co.
Now you can also go the traditional route and distribute your films through an adult film distributor. They will often want more than an adult film shorts and will often want a package of films to distribute. If you go that route you will need to learn about adult film processing, editing and packaging for your product. You will then take your finished products and sell them through your distributor or to video storeowners direct and adult film conventions.
So instead of just getting a job in the adult film industry you can easily start your own adult film production company and have people coming to you for casting calls and jobs in your films!
